Who does this garden serve?
The Charles Drew Garden serves the participants in our Food Pharmacy class. Food Pharmacy is culinary and nutrition education for adults with diabetes. Together, with the class participants, we planted the garden and continue to harvest and eat the produce grown right across the street from class!
